Who you're booking with

Safaris on this website are sold by GrabCab (Pvt) Ltd, 04 Dharmadasa Mawatha, Punchi Akurugoda, Thissamaharama 82600, Sri Lanka.

Prices

Jeep prices are per jeep, per safari, for up to 6 people. Park tickets are set by the government and charged per person on top. Prices are in Sri Lankan rupees (LKR). Any US dollar figures are rough guides only.

Paying in advance

Everything (jeep, pickup and park tickets) is paid in advance, after we confirm your date. Your driver pays the park tickets at the gate on your behalf.

Park ticket differences

Park fees are set in US dollars by the government and paid in rupees. If the amount at the gate is different from what we collected, we settle the difference with you on the day, up or down. You can ask to see the ticket receipt.

No cancellations

All bookings are final. We can't cancel or refund a safari once it's paid, because we pay the jeep owner and reserve the jeep for you as soon as you book.

If the park itself is closed by the authorities on your date, we'll offer you another date or another open park.

Passports

Every foreign visitor, including children, must show their real passport at the park gate. If a guest can't show a passport and is refused entry, the booking is still final.

Wildlife

Animals are wild. We can't promise you'll see any particular animal. Drivers follow the park rules at all times, including speed limits and keeping a safe distance from animals.
